Fulfillment Partner — We work with CJdropshipping, a trusted global fulfillment service. Orders may ship directly from their international warehouses to your door.

Order Processing — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

  • Free Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $50+ — 7–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 — 4–8 business days

🌍 International Shipping — We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, Spain, United Arab Emirates, and United States.

  • Free Standard International: FREE on orders $75+ — 7–20 business days
  • Express International: $29.99 — 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking — Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order through the Shop App or your carrier's website.

Split Shipments — Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers — this is completely normal and all items will arrive.

Customs, Duties & Taxes — International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices. Good Life Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order at goodlifegoods.us/pages/contact.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages — Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@goodlifegoods.us and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly — that's the Good Life Goods promise. 💙
