How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Free international shipping on orders over $75.
How much is standard shipping?
US standard shipping is $8.00. International standard shipping is $17.99.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping is available at checkout — $15.00 for domestic orders (4–8 business days) and $29.99 for international orders (3–8 business days).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 27+ countries worldwide. International standard shipping is $17.99 (7–20 business days), with free shipping on orders over $75.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.
What about customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Good Life Goods has no control over customs processing times or fees.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible. Email us first — do not send items back without prior approval.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goodlifegoods.us with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund — no return shipping needed on our end.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you have any discount codes?
Yes! Use code WELCOME15 for 15% off your first order. Returning customers can use THANKYOU10 for 10% off. Codes are valid for one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in fulfillment.
