RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — Last updated: May 2026

💙 Our Promise — Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right — quickly and hassle-free.

✅ What Can Be Returned — We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery on items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with tags still attached
  • In their original packaging

The following cannot be returned: final sale items, clearance items, or items damaged due to misuse.

📦 How to Start a Return — It's Simple!

  1. Email us at support@goodlifegoods.us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack your item securely and ship it back only after receiving our authorization — do not send items back without prior approval

💳 Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shop Pay Installment refunds may take additional time to reflect based on Shopify's installment terms.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item? — We're sorry if this happened! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping needed.

🔄 Exchanges — We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order for what you'd like. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you!

🚚 Shipping Costs — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), in which case both original and return shipping costs are fully refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on standard returns.
