📋 Our Return Policy

  • ✅ Returns accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • ✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in original condition with tags attached and original packaging
  • ❌ Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@goodlifegoods.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and next steps
  3. Do not send items back without prior approval
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll offer a full refund or replacement at no cost — no return shipping needed.

🔄 Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order for what you'd like instead.

📦 Shipping Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
