💙 Welcome to Good Life Goods — By accessing or purchasing from goodlifegoods.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

📋 General — Good Life Goods reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify product listings at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services.

✅ Accuracy of Information — We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

💳 Payment — We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and other providers available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

🛒 Checkout Agreement — Before proceeding to checkout, you will be asked to confirm your agreement to our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy via a required checkbox. Your agreement is logged with a date and timestamp for compliance purposes. Purchases cannot be completed without this confirmation.

• 🖨️ Print-on-Demand & Digital Products — Some products in our store are fulfilled through third-party partners. Please note the following:

  Print-on-Demand (Printify):

  • Production Time — Print-on-demand items require 2–7 additional business days for production before shipping. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout do not include production time.
  • No Returns for Change of Mind — Because print-on-demand products are custom-made upon order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.
  • Defective or Damaged Items — If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, contact us at support@goodlifegoods.us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Color & Print Variation — Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process. These variations are not considered defects.
  • Sizing — Sizing may vary by product and manufacturer. We recommend consulting the size guide on each product page before ordering.

  Digital Downloads (Filemonk):

  • Instant Delivery — Digital products are delivered via download link immediately after purchase confirmation.
  • No Refunds on Digital Products — Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • Personal Use Only — Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission from Good Life Goods.
  • Download Issues — If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us at support@goodlifegoods.us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you promptly.

🎁 Promotions & Discount Codes — Discount codes including WELCOME15 and THANKYOU10 are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively. Good Life Goods reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

⭐ Casa Loyalty Program — Participation in our loyalty rewards program is subject to Casa Loyalty's terms. Points are earned on eligible purchases and may be redeemed for discounts. Points have no cash value and are forfeited upon account closure or fraudulent activity.

💬 Product Reviews — By submitting a review through Judge.me, you grant Good Life Goods a non-exclusive license to display your review on our store. Reviews must be honest and not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

🔒 Intellectual Property — All content on this site including images, text, logos, and graphics is the property of Good Life Goods or its licensed partners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
