📋 Our Return Policy
✅ Returns accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in original condition with tags attached and original packaging
❌ Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return
❌ Items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned
📩 How to Start a Return
1. Email support@goodlifegoods.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and next steps
3. Do not send items back without prior approval
4. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days
5. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll offer a full refund or replacement at no cost — no return shipping needed.
🔄 Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
📦 Shipping Costs
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
🖨️ Print-on-Demand Items (Printify)
Print-on-demand products are custom-made upon order and cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@goodlifegoods.us with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
📚 Printed Books, Journals & Planners (Lulu Direct)
All books, journals, and planners are printed to order through Lulu Direct and are non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goodlifegoods.us with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
💾 Digital Downloads
All digital product sales are final once the download link has been accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll resolve it promptly.
