Fulfillment Partners We work with a trusted network of fulfillment partners including CJdropshipping, Printify, and Lulu Direct (for printed books, journals, and planners). Orders may ship directly from their warehouses to your door. Digital products are delivered via Filemonk.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
🛍️ CJ DROPSHIPPING ITEMS (Apparel, Accessories & Select Lifestyle Products)
Many of our apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products are fulfilled through CJdropshipping and ship directly from overseas warehouses in China — including all US domestic orders.
- Production time: 3–5 business days before shipping begins

🧴 CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CJ ITEMS To protect your items and ensure they last:
- Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Turn garments inside out before washing
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Do not bleach or iron directly on printed areas
If your item shows a quality defect — including damage after the first wash — contact us at support@goodlifegoods.us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right. 💙
🖨️ PRINT-ON-DEMAND & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Print-on-Demand Items (Printify): Print-on-demand products require an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipping begins. Print-on-demand items ship directly from Printify's fulfillment network and may arrive in a separate shipment from other items in your order. You will receive a separate tracking number for print-on-demand items once they ship.
Printed Books, Journals & Planners (Lulu Direct): All books, journals, and planners are printed to order through Lulu Direct — because every copy is made just for you.
- Production time: 3–5 business days before shipping begins
- Standard US shipping: 5–7 additional business days after production
- Standard International shipping: 7–14 additional business days after production
- Printed books ship separately — you will receive a separate tracking number
- Because each book is printed specifically for you, printed books are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goodlifegoods.us with a photo and we'll make it right. 💙
Digital Downloads (Filemonk): Digital products are not shipped. Your download link will be delivered to your email immediately after purchase confirmation. If you do not receive your download link, check your spam folder or contact us at support@goodlifegoods.us within 7 days of purchase.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order through the Shop App or your carrier's website.
Split Shipments Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers — this is completely normal and all items will arrive.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders — especially those shipped from overseas fulfillment centers — may experience significant customs delays. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, some shipments can take up to 6 weeks or longer during peak periods or due to customs holds. Good Life Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, but we will work with you every step of the way. 💙
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order at goodlifegoods.us/pages/contact.
