Here's what to expect after you place your order. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 — 4–8 business days

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to 27+ countries including Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and more.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Good Life Goods has no control over customs processing times or fees.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your shipment through the Shop App or your carrier's website. Allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.

📨 Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number — this is normal and all items will arrive.
